Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for Delivery, Administration, implementation, and maintaining the Identity and Access Governance platform.
- Experience in RSA Governance and Lifecycle (Aka Aveksa) and/or architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.
- Perform day to day operation, management, and administration activities of the RSA G&L/Aveksa application to ensure environments are online and operating optimally using Configuration, Performance, and Capacity management best practices and standards.
- Manage RSA G&L/Aveksa support queue and ensure all incidents and requests are resolved within the defined SLA and you will be contacted to resolve production / hosting related issues.
- Resolve RSA G&L/Aveksa production issues using the appropriate resources to report, troubleshoot and diagnose.
- Developing and driving incident management processes, playbooks, and stakeholder communication mechanisms
- Driving root cause analysis (RCA) and risk management processes
- Adhere to Change, Release, Incident, Problem management processes.
- Design, test, implement, maintain, and support current and future information security technologies, processes, and procedures.
- Good understanding of information security concepts with in-depth knowledge of IAM solutions and latest trends.
- Should have experience in delivering IT projects, including requirements analysis, defining architecture, and conducting detailed technical design, development, and lead solution delivery.
- Experience / Knowledge in following technologies: LDAP, API's, AWS Cloud.
- Should have experience in carrying out application integration with the IAM solution.
- Should have direct client experience, including working with client teams in an on-site and offshore mode.
- Knowledge of Linux, and Windows operating system.
- High level networking knowledge is preferred.
- Desirable to have certifications in security domain, such as CISSP and CISA or any IAM product specific certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, engineering, IT or equivalent technical degree.
- In-depth knowledge with at least 4-7 years of experience in RSA G&L/Aveksa architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.
- Strong SQL development skills writing and executing complex SQL statements.
- Experience working with Oracle DB and understanding of databases and schemas, and knowledge of developing stored procedures.
- Experience developing in scripting languages including PowerShell, Python, Java
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ETL tools to develop solutions for data movement, preferably working with Informatica.
- Experience with running and scheduling batch via tools such as Tidal and TWS.
- • Have worked with ITIL software such as ServiceNow.
