Key Responsibilities
• 10-14 years' experience supporting IBM mainframe z/VM and z/OS operating systems.
• 10+ years' experience developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive security programs for IBM based applications utilizing ACF2.
• 8+ years' experience as a Sr. Security System Administrator working with IBM mainframe ACF2 administration and audit, including experience in resource and data set rule creation, Source Groups, Global Systems Options (GSO) records, SAF definitions, ACF2 control records, ACF2 product verification, testing, and rule administration.
• 8+ years experience with IBM programming utilizing the following languages: COBOL, REXX, IMS, CICS and Basic Assembler Language (BAL). Experience must include program development in BAL of Exits in z/OS systems, IMS, CICS, and ACF2.
• 5+ years experience writing data security related rules including CLIST, TSO, ISPF and SAF interface.
• 5+ years experience in IBM Mainframe z/OS Operating systems internals, architecture, operation, controls, security, and storage management controls. Experience must include reading and writing reports to interpret SMF records generated by z/OS and ACF2.
• 3+ Years experience within the last 2 years performing SMU conversions to ACF2 Security and writing program exits to simulate dynamic terminal support in ACF2.
• 5+ years experience managing projects using Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Outlook, Word, and Excel) including Microsoft Project
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 10-14 years’ experience in project execution role across the solution delivery life cycle (e.g. requirements, analysis, testing, and implementation).
• Demonstrated proficiency in assigned practice area (including general practice, methodology, tools and processes).
• Superior written and verbal communication skills; to include developing executive level presentations.
• Proven practice area leadership experience, including ability informally lead and mentor peers across the practice community.
• Effective at building and maintaining a resource network; demonstrated skills in building effective business consulting relationships.
• Work experience of Service Management tools, preferably ServiceNow
• Proficiency in excel and PowerPoint
• Creation of dashboards and other reports of leadership awareness

• Demonstrated ability to clearly and persuasively communicate ideas, issues and recommendations.
• Strong analytical ability with proven proficiency in synthesizing data into meaningful and digestible data points and actions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven project management and problem-solving skills.
