In this role you will support initiatives specific to investment performance attribution and analysis. It involves collecting, communicating, measuring, and analyzing investment performance information to ensure accuracy and the delivery of time-sensitive performance information for clients, marketing materials, investment professionals, and all levels of management.

How you'll spend your time..

  • Produce, develop, ensure the data integrity, and distribute performance reporting, such as portfolio to benchmark contribution, attribution and investment characteristics reporting.
  • Prepare standard, complex, and ad-hoc performance and attribution reports on a daily / weekly / monthly basis that support investment management, sales, and client reporting.
  • Effectively interpret, analyze, and communicate performance related questions from clients, marketing, investment professionals and management.
  • Participate in project-oriented initiatives to meet the objectives of the performance analytics department either in a team or self-directed environment, such as automating report solutions or participating in departmental projects.


To be successful in this role you will have..

  • Work experience specific to performance attribution and analytics
  • Experience in investment management or financial services
  • Fixed Income reporting knowledge and experience
  • Strong numerical and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a solution focused mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently to successfully meet tight deadlines
  • A strong team player and ability to adapt to changing requirements and deliverables
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools, such as Microsoft Excel


It would be great if you also had..

  • In depth understanding of and ability to communicate investment performance measurement concepts, such as return, contribution, and attribution calculation methodologies.
  • Proficient with data and report automation, user acceptance testing
  • Experience with performance systems/vendors, such as FactSet & Aladdin
