Responsible for maintaining and working within the event and conference registration sites, mobile apps, and deploying invitations to conferences. In partnership with the conference planning and attendee team, assist with the implementation and execution of attendee management systems, which includes managing the day-to-day changes and updates of the registration sites post build. Responsible for the reporting needs of the conference planning team using general databases and reporting management knowledge to compile various conference and financial reports needed for planning initiatives and making business decisions.
  • Manage end-to-end participant (attendee) conference enrollment via the event registration platform (Cvent).
  • Accountable for launching and managing multiple conference registration platforms for all advisor and employee events while making real time adjustments as needed.
  • Deploy invitations, mobile apps and manage all correspondence with conference attendees through the event program mailbox to ensure well managed travel and participation at company conferences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and resource for all Advisors and employees inquires.
  • Support the Strategic Meetings Management team in updating and managing basic registrations sites within the Cvent platform that will be utilized for future conference events, including basic to moderate administrative changes or updates on back end of system.
  • Build and prepare Cvent based conference communications for all events.
  • Utilize the registration technology platform to track event data and manage thresholds such as arrival/departure parameters and hotel related changes needed to create final event reporting needs for the business.
  • Report final quality control of all conference reports for assigned conferences to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Responsible for gathering data and maintaining attendee reports for assigned events.
  • Compile logistical data from events to create comprehensive reporting needs for the conference planning team that provide specific event details such as attendees, travel accommodations, and financial reports.
  • Responsible for uploading Actual reports to the team's SharePoint site for review by the Accounting Team and other business partners as well as managing and responding to all communications surrounding any errors or follow up.
