Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all activities and functions critical to the day-to-day operation of the Charlotte site.
- Research, respond, and resolve questions regarding department processes, functions, and requests.
- Partner with other functional areas to quickly resolve issues and accomplish responsibilities.
- Support the site event planning process; which includes focus on networking, engagement, and volunteer opportunities.
- Manage the coordination and tracking of information, programs and initiatives that site initiatives, including OneDrive, Share point and Excel.
- Coordinate and help prepare various materials for site leadership and help facilitate timely execution of townhalls, leader visits, and lunch and learns.
- Interact with internal business partners to track, maintain, and communicate department information including facilities management, human capital tracking and business continuity updates.
- Manage the new hire process including set up, welcoming, and distribution lists.
- Partner with CLT to refresh the 'Charlotte 101' presentation document
- Assist with data tracking for on-site employee headcount, annual engagement survey process, etc.
- Partner with CLT to execute 4 volunteer events and 4 fun events annually.
- Drive the agenda and minutes for monthly CLT leadership meetings and own follow-ups, next steps, and coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree; or 1+ years of equivalent and/or project management experience.
- Adept at building positive and collaborative working relationships.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and flexibility to execute on a variety of strategies.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate to effectively coordinate department priorities.
- Ability to handle/maintain private and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and take proactive initiative on work with little direction.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with standard business hardware and software (including Microsoft Office products).
